Sales and Confidentiality Agreement


Important Information:

  • For tours that include transportation, your pick-up time—and for tours without transportation, the meeting point location—will be sent to your phone number one day before the tour.
  • After completing your reservation, you can easily download your e-ticket by clicking the link in the message sent to your phone number.
  • For reservations with payment upon arrival, if at least a 20% deposit is not paid no later than one day before the tour start time, your reservation may be canceled.
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until you make your pre-payment; depending on the tour’s availability, your booking may be canceled or, if prices change, re-evaluated at the current rate.
  • All reservations come with an uninterrupted cancellation guarantee up to 12 hours before the tour start time.

Purchase, Payment, Cancellation, Refund, Rescheduling and Other Terms:

Full Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

Uninterrupted Refund: If you cancel between 12 and 24 hours before the tour start time, we will credit the full amount as a voucher to your account. You may use this voucher for any day tour on our site for up to one year.

Partial Refund: If you cancel within the last 12 hours before the tour start time, you will receive a voucher equal to 30% of the amount paid. This voucher is valid for all tours on our site for one year.

You may submit cancellation, refund, or rescheduling requests every day between 10:00 and 20:00 via phone or other live support channels. For requests made outside these hours, the timestamp of the WhatsApp message to our support center (+90 242 277 17 07) or the email sent to support@onedayaction.com will be accepted as the official request time, and the contract will apply accordingly.

In cases of postponement, full booking, or cancellation of day tours, the customer will be offered an alternative tour under the same conditions. The user may choose another day tour at a discounted rate. If a tour with the same or superior features cannot be provided at the same price, the full paid amount will be refunded unconditionally to the original bank account. If the offered alternative tour is not accepted, the paid amount will be issued as a voucher valid for one year.

When booking a day tour that includes free or paid transfer service, you will be picked up from the address you specified at the time of booking and taken to the tour location. If you choose a tour without transfer service or did not include transfer during booking, you are assumed to arrange your own transportation to the tour start point. (Details are available on the individual tour detail pages.) For bookings that include transfer, your pick‐up time will be communicated at least one day before via private message, WhatsApp, or email; for bookings without transfer, the meeting point location will be communicated in the same way.

For paid or free transfers booked within 12 hours of the tour start time, transfer service cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, transfer bookings must be made at least one day in advance. If transfer cannot be provided for last‐minute bookings, the customer is responsible for transport and no cancellation or refund will be issued.

The “total duration” indicated for our tours refers to the approximate time you should allocate for the entire experience, including transportation, waiting, entry procedures, and gathering time. The activity itself (e.g., boat tour duration, rafting time) may be shorter than this total. Complaints or objections based on the activity running shorter than the stated total duration are not valid. Each tour’s schedule and estimated durations are specified on its detail page and are provided for informational purposes; operational reasons may necessitate changes.

DAY TOUR RESERVATION AND SERVICE AGREEMENT – ONE DAY ACTION

This agreement is made between Onedayaction OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the **“Company”**) and natural or legal persons who make day tour reservations through the Company’s website (hereinafter referred to as **“User”** or **“Member”**). It defines the rights and obligations related to tour purchase, payment, cancellation, refunds, rescheduling, and transfer services from the moment of reservation through the completion of the tour. The following clauses cover every step of the process in detail.

1. Definitions and Basic Provisions

To ensure smooth operation of tour services, payments, cancellations, and reservation processes, the key terms and general provisions used in this agreement are explained below.

  • Reservation: Selecting a date and time for a tour on the website and securing a spot after availability confirmation.
  • Tour: Any one‐day activity defined on the site, such as boat tours, rafting, safari, paragliding, etc.
  • Transfer Service: The service provided by the Company’s partner suppliers to pick up the User from a pre‐specified address and transport them to the tour start point.
  • Deposit: The advance payment required to confirm the reservation.
  • Voucher: Credit issued to the User’s account for site purchases, in lieu of a cash refund.
  • Communication Channels: Notifications and responses sent via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the site’s internal messaging.

2. Reservation and Payment Process

Upon completing a reservation, the User will receive confirmation and a downloadable ticket via both email and SMS. Payment details are outlined below.

  • Confirmation & Ticket: After completing your reservation, click the provided link to download your ticket in PDF format.
  • Deposit Requirement: For reservations with payment upon arrival, if a minimum 20% deposit is not paid by one day before the tour start time, the Company may cancel the reservation.
  • Finalization & Price Guarantee: Your booking remains tentative until the deposit is paid. During this period, the booking may be canceled due to availability or re-priced if rates change.
  • Payment Methods: Secure online payments via PayPal, Stripe, or credit/debit card are available; in some cases, payment upon arrival (with ticket presentation) may also be offered.
  • 24/7 Online Booking: Book anytime, day or night, and instantly access your payment receipt and ticket.

3. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All requests for cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling before the tour start are processed under the following conditions, each clearly defined for accountability.

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour, and receive a full refund via your original payment method.
  • Full Refund (Voucher): Cancel 12–24 hours before the tour, and receive a voucher valid for one year.
  • Partial Refund (Voucher): Cancel within 12 hours of the tour start, and receive a voucher equal to 30% of the paid amount, valid for one year.
  • Request Submission: Submit requests daily between 10:00 and 20:00 via call center or live chat; outside these hours via WhatsApp (+90 242 277 17 07) or email (support@onedayaction.com). The timestamp of off-hours messages is considered the request time.
  • Alternative Tour: In cases of full booking, postponement, or cancellation, an alternative tour with equivalent features will be offered. If declined, the paid amount will be refunded or issued as a voucher. If no equivalent or superior tour can be provided at the same price, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Transfer Service Details

For Users who opt for transfer, the operational planning and notification process is as follows:

  • Notification: For tours including transfer, your pick-up address and time; for tours without transfer, the meeting point location—will be sent via WhatsApp or email one day before the tour.
  • 12-Hour Rule: Transfer bookings made within 12 hours of the tour start are not guaranteed. If service cannot be provided, the User is responsible for their own transport and no refund will be issued.
  • Operational Flexibility: The Company or its suppliers reserve the right to change routes or schedules due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure events.

5. Best Price Guarantee

The Company guarantees the best price for selected tours under the following procedures:

  • Conditions: A lower price for the identical tour, date, and conditions found on another website.
  • Submission Process: Send a screenshot/photo showing the lower price, the website URL, your reservation details, and your bank account number in an email titled “Best Price Guarantee Claim” to support@onedayaction.com.
  • Evaluation Period: Claims are reviewed and resolved within 3 business days, and any difference is refunded.

6. Tour Duration, Schedule & Operations

This section explains what to expect during the tour and how the operational flow works:

  • Total Duration: The total time listed includes transport, waiting, entry procedures, gathering time, and the activity duration.
  • Schedule: Each tour’s detailed schedule is provided on its page; times are estimates and subject to operational adjustments.
  • Complaints/Disputes: Adjustments in actual activity duration due to operational needs are not grounds for valid complaints.

7. Membership & User Rights

Members on the site have the following rights and responsibilities:

  • Registration: Complete the “Sign Up” or “Register” forms to join.
  • Profile Management: Update username, password, contact, and profile information at any time.
  • Booking Management: View past and upcoming reservations, and initiate cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  • Password Reset: Use the link sent to your email for quick password recovery.
  • Promo Codes: Access personalized discounts and voucher codes.

8. Privacy, Data Protection & Disclaimer

User data is protected under KVKK and GDPR. The following provisions apply:

  • Data Protection: Personal data is never shared with third parties; payment information is stored securely.
  • Disclaimer: The Company is not liable for losses resulting from the User’s failure to secure their account credentials.
  • Legal Notice: Website software, logos, and materials are the property of the Company and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

9. Force Majeure & Operational Changes

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as earthquakes, floods, strikes, war, or epidemics, the Company and its suppliers are exempt from liability. Services will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tallinn Courts.

This agreement becomes effective upon the User’s site registration or completion of a tour reservation and is deemed accepted by both parties.
