Sales and Confidentiality Agreement


Important Information:

  • For tours with transportation included: Your pick-up time will be sent to your phone number one day before the tour. For tours without transportation: The meeting point location will be shared one day before the tour.
  • After completing your reservation, you will receive a message with a link to easily download your online ticket.
  • For pay-later reservations, if at least 20% of the total amount is not paid as a deposit no later than 1 day before the tour start time, your reservation may be cancelled.
  • Until the deposit is paid, your reservation will remain provisional; it may be cancelled depending on tour availability or recalculated at the updated price if price changes occur.
  • All reservations are guaranteed to be cancellable up to 12 hours before the tour start time without penalty (subject to the cancellation/refund conditions below).

Purchase, Payment, Cancellation, Refund, Postponement and Other Conditions:

Full Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour, the full amount will be refunded via the same payment method.
Guaranteed Refund: If you cancel 12–24 hours before the tour, the full amount will be credited as a coupon (valid for 1 year).
Partial Refund: If you cancel within 12 hours of the tour start, 30% of the amount will be credited as a coupon (valid for 1 year).

Cancellation, refund, and postponement requests can be made daily between 10:00–20:00 via phone or live communication channels. For requests outside business hours, the time of the WhatsApp message (+90 242 277 17 07) or e-mail (support@onedayaction.com) will be considered as the official request time.

In cases of postponement, overbooking, or cancellation of a daily tour, an alternative tour with the same service and conditions will be offered. The user may also choose to switch to another tour with a discount. If the same or higher-level tour cannot be provided at the same price, the full amount paid will be refunded unconditionally via the same payment method. If the alternative equivalent or higher-level tour is not accepted by the user, the amount will be credited as a coupon valid for 1 year.

For tours with transfer included, if you selected transfer service at the time of booking, you will be picked up from the address you provided and brought to the tour area. For tours without transfer, or if transfer was not selected, transportation to the starting point is the customer’s responsibility. (Details are provided on each tour page.) For reservations with transfer included, the pick-up time (or meeting point for non-transfer tours) will be sent at least 1 day before the tour via private message, WhatsApp, or e-mail.

Reservations including transfer that are made within 12 hours of the tour start do not guarantee transfer service. Therefore, transfer reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance. If transfer cannot be provided for reservations made within 12 hours, transportation becomes the customer’s responsibility, and no refund or cancellation will be granted.

The “total duration” stated for tours represents the approximate time you should allocate in a day for that tour. This may include transportation, waiting times, entry procedures, and gathering times. The actual activity (e.g. boat tour, rafting) may be shorter. If the activity ends sooner than expected, this cannot be grounds for complaint or objection regarding the total duration. Program times are provided for information purposes only and may vary for operational reasons.

ONEDAYACTION OÜ – MASTER RESERVATION AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between Onedayaction OÜ, established in Estonia (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and natural or legal persons booking tours, activities, tickets, or transfers via the Company’s websites/applications (hereinafter the “User” or “Member”), in order to define the rights and obligations relating to purchase, payment, cancellation, refund, postponement, transfers, and data protection. The following provisions cover the entire process from reservation to completion of the service.

1. Corporate Information, Definitions, and General Provisions

  • Corporate Information: OneDayAction OÜ is a company established in Estonia, headquartered in Estonia, and operating entirely online. The Company provides services through its brands: OneDayAction.com (daily tours and activities) and RideAndGoo.com (transfer services). All services are provided by licensed and authorized suppliers.
  • Platform Role: OneDayAction OÜ only acts as an intermediary for reservations and payments between the User and the licensed/authorized supplier providing the tour, activity, or transfer service. The operational execution is the sole responsibility of the supplier.
  • Definitions:Tour”: Daily/activities/ticket programs listed on the site. “Transfer Service”: Services provided by suppliers to pick up Users from the specified address and transport them to the tour or destination point. “Reservation”: Allocation of space after availability check. “Deposit”: Advance payment required for confirmation. “Coupon”: Credit balance assigned to the user’s account in lieu of refunds, valid for site use.

2. OneDayAction Reservation and Payment Process

  • Confirmation and Ticket: Once a reservation is completed, the confirmation and downloadable ticket will be sent via e-mail/WhatsApp.
  • Deposit Requirement: For pay-later reservations, if a minimum of 20% deposit is not paid at least 1 day before the tour start, the reservation may be cancelled.
  • Finalization/Pricing: Until the deposit is paid, the reservation remains provisional; changes in availability or price will be subject to the updated price.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made online via Stripe using credit/debit cards, Apple/Google Pay, and additional local methods depending on your region. For some tours, cash payment at the venue/vehicle may be offered, provided the ticket is shown. The Company reserves the right to request advance payment/deposit for certain reservations.
  • 24/7 Access: Reservations can be made at any time; receipts and tickets are instantly accessible.

3. OneDayAction Cancellation, Refund, and Postponement Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made ≥24 hours before the tour start will be refunded in full via the same payment method.
  • Full Refund (Coupon): Cancellations made 12–24 hours before the tour start will result in the full amount being credited as a coupon valid for 1 year.
  • Partial Refund (Coupon): Cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour start will result in 30% of the amount being credited as a coupon (valid for 1 year).
  • Submission Channels: Requests can be made daily 10:00–20:00 via call center/live support; outside these hours via WhatsApp (+90 242 277 17 07) or e-mail (support@onedayaction.com). The time of the message/e-mail will be considered the official request time.
  • Alternative Tour/Refund: In case of overbooking or postponement, an equivalent tour will be offered; if declined, a coupon will be issued. If no equivalent/higher-level tour is available at the same price, a full refund will be made.

4. OneDayAction Transfer Service Details

  • Notification: For tours with transfer included, pick-up details are provided; for tours without transfer, the meeting point is shared at least 1 day before via WhatsApp/e-mail.
  • 12-Hour Rule: For reservations made within 12 hours of the tour start that include transfer, transfer service is not guaranteed. If transfer cannot be provided, transportation is the customer’s responsibility; no refund will be given.
  • Operational Flexibility: Routes and timings may change due to traffic, weather, or other operational reasons.

5. OneDayAction Best Price Guarantee

  • Conditions: A lower price must be found on another site under exactly the same conditions at the time of booking.
  • Application: Submit a screenshot/URL showing the price difference, booking details, and bank account information to support@onedayaction.com under the subject “Best Price Guarantee.”
  • Process: Applications will be reviewed within 3 business days, and any price difference refunded.

6. OneDayAction Tour Duration, Program, and Operations

  • Total Duration: The duration stated on the tour page includes transportation, waiting, entry, and gathering times.
  • Program Flow: Schedule times are estimates; they may change due to operational reasons.
  • Complaints/Objections: If the actual activity duration is shorter than the total stated time, this cannot be grounds for complaint.

7. OneDayAction Membership and User Rights

  • Membership: Created by completing the “Sign Up/Register” forms in full.
  • Profile Management: Members can update username, password, and contact details.
  • Reservation Tracking: View past/future bookings, initiate cancellation/postponement requests.
  • Password Reset: Performed via link sent to the registered e-mail address.
  • Campaigns: Members may benefit from personal discount/coupon codes.

8. Privacy, Data Protection, and Disclaimer

  • GDPR & KVKK: Personal data is processed and protected in compliance with GDPR and KVKK regulations.
  • Payment Security: Card details are processed via Stripe, a globally recognized secure infrastructure, and are not stored by the Company.
  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.
  • Intellectual Property: All site software, logos, and content belong to the Company; unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Force Majeure and Operational Changes
In cases of natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics, heavy traffic, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen events, the Company and suppliers shall be exempt from liability; services will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tallinn Courts.

11. Enforcement
This agreement enters into force upon the User’s registration on the website or completion of a reservation and is deemed accepted by both parties.

The provisions set forth herein define the general reservation and service policies of OneDayAction OÜ. However, each brand (OneDayAction.com and RideAndGoo.com) may have its own specific policies regarding reservations, cancellations, refunds, and confirmations, in line with their respective business models.

Therefore, the applicable terms for a reservation shall be governed by the policies and agreement of the specific brand (OneDayAction or RideAndGoo) through which the reservation was made.

OneDayAction OÜ reserves the right to amend its agreements and policies at any time. All changes will be applied in good faith, with transparency, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
